Research on FDI Actions from China Enterprises

摘要：

Recently, FDI of Chinese enterprises is developing fast, but the relative research is still limited.How to realize the effective allocation of management factors in carrying out FDI is an important issue our government and enterprises should think over and solve at an open economy. This article analysis the advantage and flow of factors concerned with FDI on the base of the current situation of chinas FDI, and also pose some suggestion on the issue.
