Analysis on the Role of Manpower Capital Investment in Sustainable Development of Rural Economy

摘要：

It is of great theoretical and far realistic importance of manpower capital investment for improving quality of the agricultural economic growth, guaranteeing sustainable growth of rural economy. This thesis tells us inner links between the manpower capital investment and sustainable growth of rural economy as well as the reality and difficulties of agricultural economy in sustainable development. It also shows some significant measures to maintain Chinese sustainable growth of rural economy, and then gives some ways and countermeasures to increase the stocking of the manpower capital and accelerate its flow.
