Analysis of Sino-U.S.Trade Friction

China and the Unites States are mutual complementary in terms of their resources, economic and industrial structure and level of cousumption. With the rapid development of bilateral economic and trade relationship, the trade frictions are becoming increasingly fierce. China and U.S. have entered a period of unprecedented trade friction. This thesis begins with the present condition of Sino-U.S. trade and analyzes the causes of Sino-U.S. trade friction from the aspects of asymmetric dependence of bilateral trade, issue of Chinas foreign trade and political interests of the United States. In fact, the complementary of Sino-U.S. economy is far more than the competitiveness, so it is unlikely for the friction to escalate into full-scale trade war. The mutual economic and trade relations will continue to develop.
