The International Comparison on the Regulations of Cross-border Merger and Acquisition

摘要：

Cross-border merger and acquisition (M&A) is a prime approach of international direct investment for multinational companies. Based on the necessity analysis of government regulations on cross-border M & A activity and comparative analysis of cross-border M & A regulations in the developed countries, brings into some proposals of improving Chinas cross-border M & A regulation system.
