The Comparison Study on Chinese and Foreign Enterprises Cross-border Merger and Acquisition

摘要：

Chinese enterprises cross-border merger and acquisition (M&A) is an inevitable trend. This paper analyzes the status quo on the Chinese enterprises cross-border M&A, and the difference between the Chinese and the foreign enterprise8 in the process of cross-border M&A by using comparison analysis in order to identify the shortage and the greatest handicap involved in cross-border M&A for Chinese enterprises. Finally, on the bare of above analysis this article gives some advice so that Chinese enterprises can participate well in cross-border M&A.
