Pondering Over Several Issues on Improving the Success Ratio of Enterprises M&A

摘要：

This article aims at finding out the primary causes leading to the failure of Merger and Acquisition (M&A) among enterprises through empirical research on the cases of this catalogue home and abroad, as well as thorough analysis On the three stages of M&A. Our conclusion is:inaccurate strategic policies before M&A, improper operation during M&A, poor integration aider M&A are three main reasons resulting in the failure of M&A.Furthermore, we find out that the value of M&A originating from the integration after M&A, is also a key issue determining the fate of M&A, be it successful or failed.
