Analysis on the Talent Synergy in Cross-border M&A Using Self-organization Theory
Facing the increasingly business integration need for the global industry operations, Chinese enterprises are melting into the wave which integrates economic globalization in the world further now.Talent synergy is the key factor in achieving the synergy effects of the cross-border Merger & Acquisitions. The article makes use of self-organization theory to carry on analysis to the talent system of the cross-border M&A and puts forward that the function of self-organization of the system is an important approach for the realization of the talent synergy in the cross-border M&A.
