The Researches on Debt Financing of Chinese Tourism Industry

摘要：

Along with further reform and opening up, Chinese tourism industry can develop faster than before. At the same time, the problems about capital structure and financing channel are showed more obviously. Because of having a partiality for stock financing and the financing channel is monotonous in Chinese tourism industry, it should enhance the proportion of debt financing in order to improve the capital structure of Chinese tourism industry and promote it to develop healthily.Meanwhile, we should realize the risk which the debt financing brings and control its degree, so we can take advantage of the benefits which debt financing brings greatly.
