Enlightenment of American Subordinated Debt Crisis on China Financial Market

摘要：

In August, 2007, America was facing a payment difficult for subordinated house mortgage loan, which resulted in subordinated debt disturbance, whose fundamental capital comes from house mortgage loan, and the global financial market was involved in the crisis. This article is analyzing the enlightenment of American subordinated debt on China Financial market. This article first gives a brief introduction about subordinated debt crisis, analyzes its influence on China financial market, and thenproposes its enlightenment on China financial market as well as some suggestions: raise risk awareness,securitize house mortgage loan, reinforce government financial regulation, and push forward theopenness of our financial system carefully and orderly.
