The Sub-prime Lending Crisis and the Risk Characteristics on Chinas Residential Mortgage Market
Cuttently sub-prime crisis is previous issue around world economy. This paper exploressome underlying causes of this crisis by related summary data, moreover combining the development ofChinas residential mortgage market analyze the unique risk characteristics on this system, such as systemic risk, credit risk, liquidity risk. And basing on these investigations we conclude some policy recommendations to improve regulatory environment of Chinas housing finance sector.
