Vertical Foreclosure and Anti Vertical Foreclosure--Analysis based on ICT Industry

摘要：

In vertical specialization of the global ICT industry, multinational companies implement vertical squeeze on developing countries by means of vertical foreclosure of upstream R & D, patents and so on. This paper proved this phenomenon mathematically and put forward ways for enterprises in developing countries to increase innovation capability, implement anti vertical foreclosure and to turn over the disadvantageous situation in global specialization.
