Research on the Knowledge Capital Flows of Chinese Enterprises

摘要：

In the global market, the competitions among the multinational corporations actually focus on the core competence, and the enhancement of core competence depended on the investment and integration of knowledge capital in the global. Reasonable investment of the knowledge capital can bring substantial profits and maintain position to multinational corporations. In this paper, we discuss the meaning of the knowledge capital, and the basic content and characteristics of the knowledge capital,and knowledge capital flows to improve the international competitiveness of enterprises, and the way of knowledge capital transfer, and from the view of transnational mergers analyze the status quo and the existing problems in knowledge capital transnational investment, and then put forward proposes to the knowledge capital transnational investment for Chinese enterprises.
