Mediating Effect of Internal Entrepreneurial Environment

摘要：

More and more corporate begin to adopt the entrepreneurial orientation strategy along with the intense uncertainty environment, but it should be some transition paths and organizational level competence support. This paper discusses the mediating effect of internal entrepreneurial environment between corporate entrepreneurial orientation and performance relationship, and validate the dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation under Chinese context, and the mediating effect of internal entrepreneurial environment empirically by using 185 valid samples.
