Analysis of Path Choosing of Entrepreneurial Copartner Based on Network Ties

摘要：

The entrepreneurship performance based on ETs (entrepreneurial teams) is better than individual entrepreneur, so the ETs get more and more concerns. The paper analyze the choosing mechanism of entrepreneurial copartner based on personal social network ties, and discuss the trust mechanism and path-locking effects which be affected by Entrepreneurs background (gender, age, educational background, profession). Further, the paper validates the path choosing tendency of entrepreneurial copartner by interrelated investigation of 600 entrepreneurs in Chengdu.
