Method of Design for Operators Safety of Complex Technical Systems

摘要：

A method enabling to evaluate the professional risk of operators of the ship power plants is presented. It is based on the analysis of information contained in the preliminary design of these plants. Such information, supported by knowledge acquired from experts in the field of ship power plant design, operation and maintenance, makes it possible to indicate dangerous situations and spaces for plant operators. This paper deals with the various aspects of identification and assessment of hazard zones in the ship power plant Especially, we present a method of setting up and coding both the Elementary Hazard Situations and the Hazard Zones.
