Expert System of the Urban Community Safety Plan Based on ArcIMS Data Frame
City is the space carrier of humans and matters that are in dynamic changing. Taking mankind as its center, urban community safety plan is a complex which combines the natural, social and economic elements. It is a unified entirety with certain structure and function. Firstly, ArcIMS data frame and the technology of digital and visual were used to express the city space entity information with space set, attribute set and index set. The problems including knowledge base, chart base, and the technical plan of program database of urban community safety plan were also solved. Then ArcIMS map data organization tool was used to mark the geographic coordinate in the space chart, and a corresponding chart (*. shp) file was produced. These files were the objects that expert system of urban community safety plan would promulgate and operate. Finally, combining with the planning and decision function of expert system of urban community safety plan, and taking a friendly user interface and man-machine conversation process as assistant, ArcIMS map service management tool was used to realize the data share, intercommunication, and coordination of each subsystem in the operation environment of general control module. And a software of expert system of urban community safety plan was compiled to provide a valid assistant means for urban community safety plan, emergency management and the accident rescues work.
