摘要：

In order to study the development capacity of hi-tech enterprises,this paper studies the evaluation index system of hi-tech enterprisesdevelopment capacity,reviews the assessing methods for this topic,then analyzes and evaluates the development capacity of 25 hi-tech enterprises in Hunan.
