Study on the Stockholding System Reform for State-owned Enterprises

The stockholding system is one kind of combination form of the enterprise property. The modern market economy is objective requests the state-owned enterprise to carry on the stockholding system reform. The stockholding system reform is basic outlet of the state-owned enterprise reform. But our country enterprises stockholding system reform has many problems. If these questions cannotobtain the properly solution, the enterprise stockholding system reform will realize the anticipated goal with difficulty. This article elaborated the questions in the stockholding system reform goal as well asthe reform exists, and proposed the countermeasure aimed at the questions.
