In the era of economic globalization and scientific and technical globalization, the basic miltsparticipating in the world economic competition and cooperation have been changed. These basic unitsare various modern industries newly emerging industrial dusters, modern cities and city clusters, etc.The main role of urban innovation system is to strengthen urban innovation capability, improveefficiency and further enhance urban competitiveness.The cooperation of industry, academia andresearch institute has a central position in the urban innovation system.
