Research on Service Management of Commercial Enterprises based on DCS
With the arrival of globalization of economy, commercial enterprises may face fast andcomplex change. How commercial enterprises can acclimatize themselves to the chaos and complexouter environments, and working-out the effective stratagem of service management in order toachieving sustainable development is an important question to research strategic management ofenterprises. It is a completely new management concept to analysis of commercial service managementfrom the Chaos System (CS) and the Complex System (CS)-Double CS (for short DCS) theory.Contraposing the modern commercial enterprises which it facing is a DCS system, and applying DCSbasic tenet and character, the article analyzes the influence on the interior and exterior factor ofenterprises development, and then put forward the stratagem of service management in commercialenterprises based on DCS. Meanwhile, this study can provide the necessary academic basics for furtheranalysis of commercial service management.
