Corporate Governance for One-man Company in View of the Theory of Stakeholders

摘要：

since its establishment, one-man company has increased dispute greatly. When more and more one-man companies are allowed to be established, corporate governance arouses peoples attention gradually. The paper puts forward the particularity of internal governance, and then analyzes the necessity about stakeholder participation in corporate governance; finally, it proposes some possible problem-solving ideas on how to carry out corporate governance from the stakeholders point of view.
