This article logically analyses the process of Game in small and medium-sized enterprises. It combines our countrys financial policy and the aspect of practical macro-micro, and reveals the reason that the difficulty of financing in SMEs. And the best way to solve the difficulty in SMEs is to implement the financial system reform, perfect the outside financing environment,establish all levels of guarantee system, and quicken SMEs serf-development and mechanism innovation.
