Analyze SME Financing Obstacles in Midwest China-Introducing American NMVCS Plan

摘要：

This paper reviews the history of HMVCS development covering its background,organization participants and operation system and analyzes the reasons why it is difficult to finance small and medium-size enterprises in Midwest of China. This study may help to establish the relative supporting policies concetuing small and medium-size business enterprises in Midwest of China.
