Current Situation Study on Medical Insurance for Rural Farmers

The article bases on the snmmary analysis of the peasant labor medical insurance(PLMI) policy background and various local implementation patterns, has carried on the discussion to the existence problem of peasant laborers medical insurance system design, proposed the PLMI problems solution ways, advance the feasility to the PLMI commercialization and operated to launch.
