Studies on the Risk Evaluation System of Zhejiang Private Enterprise Capital Operations

摘要：

This paper analyzes conditions of Zhejiang private enterprises capital operations, based on which and from macro and micro points of view, the paper points out risks in capital operations and the low risk awareness of the private enterprises. Then it depicts a risk evaluation system by upside breaking down risks into categories and elements, followed by bottom-up risk index calculation,revising, and weighted summing up, with applied examples. Finally the system innovations are highlighted and future work directions are listed.
