On Active Central Bank Tactics-Develop Capital Market and Strengthen Monetary Policy in Validity
The study on the theory and practices of modem economy has revealed that the development of market place in the atmosphere of macro economy and finance has played a more important role in the monetary policy of central bank.The reality that the recession of power of the monetary policy due to the development of market has urged the central bank to include the market the perspective of operating monetary policy. A new age has begun as the Chinese market has played a more critical part in influencing the monetary policy. As for Chinese central bank it has become an weightyproblem to be solved to promote the ever lasting development of economy and finance and the efficiency of the monetary policy. And the urgent situation might be soothed in the way to establish anew monetary poficy which can be fitted to the current market in the progress of revolting monetary policy. The Chinese central bank should first regulate and pay attention to the development of the capital market and then revolute and perfect ate the transmission mechanism of monetary policy.
