Simulated Interviewing in Vocational Guidance - A Case in Jiaying College

摘要：

To extrude oneself in interviewing is the dream of many job seekers. Simulated interviewing should be emphasized by both students and universities since its an important factor in vocational guidance. A practical simulated test examining students knowledge and competence accumulation seems necessary before their graduation and entry to the society. This paper discusses the merits of simulated interviewing on non-graduates, illustrating benefits brought to the society, universities and university students from respective aspects. Lastly, practice of Jiaying College on it was presented to be shared.
