The Exploration about Encouraging Mechanism Innovation of Instructors of Colleges Based on the Performance Management
This article analyses some questions of assessing instructors in universities. According to the management theory and the balance theory of contribution and cause of organization behavior, the encouraging model of the psychological contract of instructors is established, which provides references for building the encouraging mechanism and the practice of instructors of colleges. If the psychological contract between leaders of school and their instructors can be kept, consolidated, revised and developed all the time, the various motivation methods can be effectively integrated, and employees innovation ability will be virtually stimulated.
