摘要：

Based on the necessity and essentiality of management concept innovation of institutions of higher learning of science and technology, this paper puts emphasis on the discussion of four main important innovation aspects, which aims to erect the concept of people-oriented; idea of big project;combination of humanism education and science education; and the concept of sustainable development and so on.
