Modes and Management of Interaction between University and Stakeholders

摘要：

University is a typical organization made up of stakeholders. The management and development of university depends on and constrained by its relationship with stakeholders. Recognition,strengthening and improvement of the interaction can promote the development of university. In order to approach the interaction mode between university and stakeholders systematically, this thesis analyzes interaction model of the two parties and relationship characteristics from the perspectives of one-to-one interaction between university and stakeholders and interpersonal relationship of stakeholders. Hence, it puts forward the value creation, experience and action cycle model in mutual development of university and stakeholders. Finally, the proposal is made concerning management of interaction between university and stakeholders in order to promote the interactive development of both.
