Some Discussion on the Management Model Innovation of Adult Education in Knowledge Economy Ages in China
The arrival of knowledge economy ages puts forward new request and challenge to traditional management model of adult education. Treating the management model of adult education as a complexity system, this paper explores the innovation of educational idea, cultivating target, teaching mode, student management...etc in the management model of adult education from the angle of system participants (includes manager, teacher, student...etc.), and puts forward some countermeasure to match the education need of knowledge economy ages more.
