Comprehensive Evaluation about Educational Services of University Based on Students Psychological Demand

摘要：

The evaluation to the educational service level of university by students is a criterion of measuring the educational service quality of every secondary college or department of the university. It is also a decisive factor to check the achievement and development potentialities of the university.Different from the traditional evaluation methods, this paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation index system based on students psychological demand by analyzing students psychological factors. This paper emphasizes the importance of the students emotional repercussion indexes, the students interest and intent indexes of learning and the subjective comprehensive evaluation indexes. By applying the improved TOPSIS method, this paper built a comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, this paper testifies the feasibility and availability of the evaluation method and model by a case.
