Problems and Development Mechanism in Management and Utilization of Apparatus and Equipment in University

摘要：

Apparatus and equipment are the material basis and necessary conditions of teaching and scientific research in the university. However, there are many problems in purchase, utilization and management of apparatus and equipment. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the devolvement mechanism of supervising and using apparatus and equipment from three aspects: individual sense and collective sense in purchase; principal-agent based on information asymmetry in supervising apparatus and equipment; return to human capital and career planning of manager. According to the operating mechanism of these problems, some suggestions are given.
