The knowledge economy, which is full of vitality, is a novel economy. It makes new demands for talent, and it also sets new request to university teachers who cultivate new talents This paper analyzes the teaching quality which university teachers should have in the era of knowledge economy,proposes the training strategy so as to enhance the quality of higher education , promote higher educational reform and teachers professional development.
