The Necessity and the Basic Principles of the Implementation of Credit System in Colleges and Universities

This paper analyses the basic features of the credit system and discusses the necessity to implement the credit system from the demands of times and their own development of colleges and universities comprehensively. In the end the paper gives some principles for the implementation of credit system in colleges and universities including orderly progress, the overall optimization principles-effective, dynamic principles and the principle of overall balance.
