Practice Research on Applied Personnel Training Pattern-A Case in Electrical Information Major

摘要：

applied undergraduate education should pay great attention to training high level compound applied personnel, who is engaged in solution production actual problems and adapts to the market economy construction and has broad knowledge structure and high quality, while it strengthens major elementary education. This paper has positively explored training patterns of applied undergraduate personnel from major direction, living teaching modules, teacher guides, scientific innovation practice aspects; the practices have proved that such education pattern has heightened students innovation ability, employment ability and practical ability for several years.
