This article from computer discipline progress obtaining, elaborates the question which in our country University personnel training process exists, the model overseas correlation colleges and universities application personnel training pattern, the exploration and the construction application personnel training bare bone. Simultaneously also to raised the application talented persons theoretical teaching and the practice teaching link does has analyzed the elaboration quite thoroughly, has the guiding sense to the computer specialized application personnel training pattern.
