The Applications of the Plural Teaching Modes in the Teaching of Concrete Structure Course
The plural teaching modes, which are especially suitable for engineering courses, are useful attempts for teaching reforms. In one of the main courses in civil engineering specialty, concrete structure, the plural teaching modes can be adopted: extended teaching can stimulate students thirst for knowledge; heuristic teaching can cultivate students ability for seeking and solving problems; field practice teaching can make students learn how to combine theories with practices organically,research-based teaching can cultivate students creativity. Overall, the plural teaching modes play important roles in improving teaching effects of concrete structure course.
