Research on Classroom Teaching Management Capability of Higher Education Teachers
As the popularization of higher education in China deepens, the number of students in higher education grows, the overall quality of college students falls, and the status enjoyed by college students rises. As a result, classroom teaching management capability of higher education teachers has become the key factor for the improvement of education quality. This article points out that classroom teaching management consists of planning, organizational, communicative, motivational and control capabilities,and proposes several measures to improve the classroom teaching magagement capability of higher education teachers, namely, the strengthening of theoretical and methodological training of higher education teachers classroom teaching management capability, the promoting of management practices of classroom teaching, and the improving of evaluation system for higher education teachers.
