University Teachers Innovative Quality and Its Cultivation

摘要：

As the soul of a nations progress, innovation reflects the characteristics of the time and the necessity of the educational reform. The time of knowledge-based economy should be based on the culture of innovative talents; the cultivation of innovative talents relics on the innovative education which is implemented by the innovative teachers. On the basis of illustrating the in-depth and the fundamental quality of the innovative teachers,　this thesis puts forwards the approaches to develop innovative teachers.
