The Study of Teachers Performance Management Model Based On the Harmonious Control
Analysis of the problems which comes from teacher performance management model, such as the performance appraisal equivalent to performance management, could not reflect the promotion of teachers to achieve personal goals, too single target system, performance management, lack of continuity and effectiveness, and so on. This paper introduces the theory of harmonious control to carry on the teachers performance management of the universities, in order to improve performance management model, establish a model both guarantee the schools target and help teachers all round development. The author focuses on the roles, steps and problems which should be paid attention to implement the harmonious control on universities performance management.
