The Interdisciplinary Type of Personnel Training: China-US Comparative Perspective

The interdisciplinary cultivation in higher education is vital to meeting the compound talents demand of social enterprises. The paper refers to comparative analysis of China and the United States by Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, University of Texas at Austin, Peking University,Zhejiang University interdisciplinary compound personnel training experience, therefore making recommendations to　break the professional disciplines Barriers, train students at, cording to broad categories of disciplinary and create　interdisciplinary courses. It is an effective way to train interdisciplinary compound talents.
