On Management Case Teaching on the Basis of Learning Transfer Theory
Management case teaching aims to enhance the teaching effect of the management curriculum and to cultivate the students ability. This paper takes the learning transfer theory as its theoretical basis to analyze the features of case teaching, and illuminate what the teacher and the students should do in the process of case teaching. We should design the objective for case teaching,create the favorable situation for the learning transfer, choose the cases with appropriate difficulty level and promote the learning transfer.
