The Construction of Performance Evaluation System for Major Investment Project in Educational Informationization

摘要：

Education　performance　evaluation　of major　investment　project　in　educational informationization involves using performance technology theory and method to make a comprehensive evaluation of the input, construction and educational effect of major investment project in educational informationization, which plays a significant role in the scientific, rational, and effective development of educational informationization in China. This article formulates an evaluation index system with the basic requirement of the unit of the investment project, investment project design, project input and output effect as its primary index, and many other as secondary and tertiary indexes, and makes a brief analysis of the index weights and comprehensive marking method.
