Reform of Higher Education System Based on New Public Management Theory

摘要：

With the rapid development of China administration reform, more and more people notice the lag of relevant higher education system. This paper analyses the current phenomena of education system in China and discusses the problems and the related reasons, then introduces the popular idea of the new public management theory in administration area. Finally the author brings up several feasible reforms of higher education system based on the new public theory mentioned above.
