Study on the Role of Higher Education to Independent Innovation

摘要：

Based on the literature and organize of the role of higher education on independent innovation at home and abroad, with Chinas reality, this article put forward an index system for analysis of Chinas regional role of higher education on independent innovation, and by 2006 the main element of Principal component analysis, Cluster analysis and related analysis, some adviees to improve independent innovation capacity through enhancing regional higher education were put forward.
