Practical Research on the Training of Compound Talents in University under the Background of Popular Education

With the higher education entering the popular stage, the competition in personnel market is beocming intense, and needs of talents are gradually shifting compound from single. This exposes that there are many problems in the existing model of personnel training in universities, such as the system of admission just depended on the college entrance examination scores, the convergent mode of teaching plan, and the simplistic form of students quality assessment. Thus, this article points out, the training of compound talents should be comprehensively carried out from four areas: school enrollment, university education, students quality assessment and career-creation guidance.
