Study on the Colleges in the Construction of Chinas Independent Innovation System
Since the reform and opening, Chinese high education has experienced a significant development and the technological power and competitiveness has been greatly improved. High college has become the most important part in national technological innovation system and played a core role in independent innovation system. The technology regulation departments and educational departments should attach great importance to the function of high technological innovation in the national innovation system construction.
