On Promoting Chinese College Students Competitive Power in Employment

摘要：

College students competitive power in employment has become more and more important after their first entering the market of human resources and in their later careers. Hence college students must guarantee their own sustainable development in comprehensive quality and competence. Much more attention need to be paid to the cultivation and development of competitive power in all areas by the students, the university and the society.
