On the Butterfly Effect of Information Literacy Education of College Students

摘要：

The information literacy education has been impacted by the culture communication throughout the whole world. Learning from foreign experience, this article aims at developing the information literacy education in our university, hoping that a trans-border butterfly effect can come into being.
